SERVICES WE PROVIDE
- CRITICAL ROOM PRESSURE TESTING
We provide detailed testing of critical rooms to ensure that the latest ASHRAE air change and pressurization requirements are properly met. We will work with facilities and engineers to correct any non-compliant issues that are found.
- FIRE DAMPER TESTING
We provide fire damper testing as defined by NFPA. We physically drop all dampers and inspect for proper operation. Failed dampers are listed, and we can assist in the supervision of the repair process. A comprehensive report and annotated fire damper drawings can be provided to our client. All dampers can be labeled on the ceiling grid and on the fire damper access door.
- SURVEYS
We provide surveys which help the engineer in the future design process. We obtain HVAC equipment nameplate data and test the performance of HVAC equipment, then issue a detailed report. We note all deficient items and add concerns and comments. Pictures of equipment and areas of concern will be included within our report.
- GENERAL TEST AND BALANCE
We provide general test and balance reports as set forth by AABC guidelines. We have experience with numerous types of air and hydronic systems. We have experience with Hoffman, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Envirotrol, Trane and many other control devices and associated software.
